How to Apply
Apply for Regents Bachelor of Arts and Eberly College of Arts and Sciences scholarships by filling out the scholarship application form. Scholarships are awarded each semester.
RBA Student Scholarships
Michael and Janette Heitz Scholarship
This endowment provides undergraduate scholarships for students pursuing Regents
Bachelor of Arts degrees. Recipients shall have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
and demonstrate financial need. A student who is a recipient one year is eligible
for consideration in subsequent years.
Bob Wagner Scholarship
This endowment shall be awarded to a non-traditional student pursuing a Regents
Bachelor of Arts degree at West Virginia University. Preference will be given to
West Virginia residents. Funds will be used to assist recipients with the purchase
of textbooks and other course related materials.
WVU Foundation Scholarship
Osher Reentry Scholarship Program
The Bernard Osher Foundation has provided universities across the country with funding to help with tuition and fee expenses for students, aged 25 to 50, wishing to return to school to complete their first undergraduate degree. The scholarship is managed by the WVU Foundation.
Other Student Scholarships Opportunities
Carrie Koeturius Scholarship for Returning Students
This endowment, offered through the Center for Women’s and Gender Studies, shall provide scholarships for undergraduate or graduate students who are returning to WVU after an interruption in their education. Carrie Koeturius is a former Morgantown women’s rights activist who, after an interruption in her education, returned to WVU and completed a Regents Bachelor of Arts degree in 1979.
